351.18 PARKING VEHICLES FOR SALE.

   No person shall park any vehicle bearing a sign indicating that it is for sale on any street or right of way in the City; nor on privately owned land unless the following conditions are met:

   (a)   The vehicle in question shall be located in a driveway leading directly to a garage or to the rear yard, but the vehicle may be parked in such driveway at any point so long as it is not in the right of way; and

   (b)   The vehicle shall be registered to the owner, tenant or resident of the property on which premises it is displayed, or, in the case of a vehicle which does not have registration pursuant to Ohio law, it shall be owned by such owner, tenant or resident; and

   (c)   In no event shall any vehicle be so displayed for more than seven days in any thirty-day period. (Ord. 64-1980. Passed 11-11-80.)
