337.30 NOISE DISTURBANCE FROM MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (a)   For purposes of this section “noise disturbance” means any sound which:
      (1)   Endangers or injures the safety or health of humans or animals;
      (2)   Disturbs a reasonable person of normal sensibility; or
      (3)   Endangers or injures personal or real property.
   (b)   No person shall operate, play or permit the operation or playing of any radio, tape player, CD player or similar device in such a manner as to create a continuing noise disturbance at fifty feet from such device, when operating in or on a motor vehicle on a public right-of-way or public space.
   (c)   A violation of this section shall be a misdemeanor of the second degree.
