SECTION 2. FIRST ELECTIONS UNDER THE CHARTER.

The two Council seats with two year terms starting in January, 1992, shall stand for election for four year terms in November, 1993. The Office of Mayor and the four other Council seats shall stand for election in November, 1995, for four year terms.
