505.15 RABIES VACCINATION.

(a) The owners of all domestic dogs and cats, by the time said animal reaches the age of one year, shall obtain and maintain a current vaccination against the rabies virus by a licensed veterinarian.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
