SECTION 1. NOMINATIONS AND ELECTIONS.

All elections shall be non-partisan with candidates nominated by a petition process. The general laws of Ohio shall govern the nomination and election of the elective officers of the Municipality, to the extent not otherwise governed by this Charter.
