181.30 AUTHORITY TO CONTRACT FOR CENTRAL COLLECTION FACILITIES.

The Tax Administrator is authorized to enter into an agreement on behalf of the Village with any other municipality or village for the purpose of administering the Village income tax laws of the other municipality or village as its agent and for the purpose of providing a central collection facility for the collection of the Village income tax on behalf of the other municipality or village.
