173.07 QUALIFICATIONS.

Each member appointed to the Personnel Review Board shall be a resident of the Village of Highland Hills. The residency requirement of any member may be waived by a majority vote of the members of Council, upon a motion properly presented to Council at a regular or special meeting of Council.
