The Personnel Review Board shall have the power and duty to review dismissals, suspensions, and/or demotions of rank of employees, when timely appealed, and to review the implementation of the Human Resources System and such other powers and duties conferred upon it by Article VIII, Section 3 of the Charter of the Village of Highland Hills.
