173.01 ESTABLISHMENT, APPOINTMENT.

There is hereby established a Personnel Review Board which shall consist of three (3) members, appointed by the Mayor subject to approval by a majority vote of Council. The members of the Personnel Review Board shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
