The personnel of the Human Resource Department shall consist of a Director which shall be deemed an assistant to the Mayor and a Human Resource Assistant. The Director shall be appointed by the Mayor and subject to approval by a majority vote of Council. The compensation and qualifications for these positions shall be determined by the HRSC subject to approval by the Village Council. (Ord. 2021-17. Passed 5-12-21.)
