171.05 REGULAR COURT DATES.

The Mayor is authorized to set and schedule the day or days and hours that the Mayor's Court will be open. The Mayor shall also have authority to establish the place for holding Mayor's Court, the place for payment of fines and the hours that fines and costs may be paid.
