171.02 PERSONNEL.

There is hereby established the position of clerk of the Mayor's Court, deputy clerk of the Mayor's Court, and bailiff of the Mayor's Court, all whom shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor. The clerk, deputy clerks, and bailiff shall be compensated as Council may prescribe.
