165.03 CONSULTANTS, PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF PLAN.

The Council shall provide funds for the Committee to retain the services of a recording secretary and other experts deemed necessary with a background in facilitating, or advising, or assisting in the creation of or amendment of a Strategic Plan for the Village. Such additional contractors shall be selected by a majority vote of the Committee, if necessary. The Law Director shall be the legal advisor of the Strategic Plan Committee.
