If the Police Towing Review Board imposes a fine or suspends a license, or Village Council revokes any license under this chapter, it shall, within thirty days, send written notice of its decision by certified mail to the tow company. This notice shall also state that the tow company shall have the right to appeal an adverse decision to the Court of Common Pleas pursuant to the Provisions of R.C. Chapter 2506. (Ord. 2020-30.
