163.05 MEETINGS.

The Board of Control meetings shall be held at the Village of Highland Hills Administration Offices at such times as determined by the rules established by the Board. Any and all such meetings shall be open to the public in accordance with Ohio R.C. 121.22. Notice of such meetings shall be posted by the Clerk of Council at least 24 hours prior to any regular or special meeting.
