   163.04 QUORUM AND AGENDA.
   (a)   Three members of the Board of Control shall constitute a quorum.
   (b)   The Mayor, prior to any meeting of the Board of Control, shall provide all of the members of the Board with a written agenda.
   (c)   The agenda shall provide reference to the pertinent ordinance or other authorization relating to the items of the agenda. (Ord. 1999-70. Passed 6-14-00.)
