The Building Inspector shall cause a notice to be posted at each entrance to the building. The notice will read: "DO NOT ENTER. UNSAFE TO OCCUPY. DIVISION OF BUILDING REGULATION, VILLAGE OF HIGHLAND HILLS". The notice shall remain posted until the required repairs are made or demolition is completed. It shall be unlawful for any person to remove the notice without permission of the Building Inspector or for any persons to enter the building, except for the purpose of making the required repairs or demolition.
