161.02 COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.
   There is hereby created the Records Commission of the Village of Highland Hills, which shall consist of the Mayor or his/her appointed representative, who shall serve as chairman of the Commission, the Law Director, the Finance Director or his/her appointed representative and a Village resident appointed by the Mayor. The Commission shall appoint a secretary, who may or may not be a member of the Commission and who shall serve at the pleasure of the Commission. The Mayor may employ an archivist to serve under the direction of the Commission, provided that no general fund moneys are used for such services, except as may be appropriated by Council. The Commission shall meet at least once every six months and upon the call of the chairman.
