154.12 MAXIMUM TIME LIMIT FOR CASHING VILLAGE ISSUED CHECKS.

The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to affix a written statement to the face of all checks drawn on the Village of Highland Hills, such written statement to fix the time of presentation for payment or cashing of the check at ninety (90) days from the date such check is dated. (Ord. 2019-27. Passed 7-10-19.)
