The Mayor shall file annually the following written reports with the Clerk of Council:
(a) A report setting forth the total number of employees in each division, bureau or office and the number of employees in such divisions, bureaus or offices who are minorities or women.
(b) A report stating, for each Village Department and for the Village as a whole, the percentage and total value of contracts and subcontracts performed by minority business enterprises and by female business enterprises during the preceding year.
(c) A report stating, for each Village Department and for the Village as a whole, the percentage in total value of those contracts not exceeding Ten Thousand Dollars, ($10,000.00) which were performed by minority business enterprises and by female business enterprises.
(d) Such other information related to the minority business enterprise program and the female business enterprise program as may be useful in evaluating the success of the program.
