The personnel of the Building Department shall consist of a Chief Building Official (C.B.O.) designated as a Class I Inspector by the State Board of Building Standards; an alternate C.B.O.; a Plans Examiner designated as Class II by the State Board of Building Standards, an alternate Plans Examiner; an Inspector designated as Class III by the Board of Building Standards; an alternate inspector as Class III; an Electrical Safety Inspector; an alternate Electrical Safety Inspector; a Plumbing Inspector and an alternate Plumbing Inspector.
