156.09 MEETINGS AND DRILLS.

It is the duty of each member of the Fire Department to attend all meetings and drills. Regular meetings of the Fire Department shall be held at such times and places for drills and instructions as shall be set by the Fire Chief. Special meetings may be called as often as deemed necessary by the Fire Chief.
