156.06 APPOINTMENT OF MEMBERS AND OATH.

All members of the Fire Department shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to approval by Council, and the Mayor is herein authorized to commence making such appointments as are necessary to comply with the provisions of this chapter. Upon assuming duties, each member shall take an oath of office.
