156.01 ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby created in the Village of Highland Hills, a Fire Department which shall be a Volunteer Fire Department and at all times, shall be under the control and direction of the Mayor. The members of the Fire Department shall be paid at the rate set forth in the Compensation Ordinance as may be established by Council.
