155.10 RETIREMENT.

No member of the Police Department required to perform field duty of a patrol officer or other ranking officer, shall be eligible to continue in the department after December 31 of any year next following his/her sixty-fifth (65th) birthday anniversary. (Ord. 2002-02. Passed 2-13-02.)
