The Properties Director shall be responsible for the care, repair and maintenance of all buildings leased, occupied or owned by the Village, all grounds surrounding the buildings leased, occupied or owned by the Village including grass cutting, landscaping, snow removal on the premises, park maintenance and all maintenance both interior and exterior of any buildings. In addition thereto, the Properties Director and the Properties Department shall perform such other duties as the Mayor and/or Council may from time to time direct.
