The Clerk of Council shall cause a copy of Chapter 104 to be provided to every department head of the Village within thirty (30) days after enactment of said ordinance. Department heads shall post a copy of Chapter 104 in their respective departments and shall provide a copy of same to any employee upon request. Each public official and employee elected, appointed or engaged thereafter, except seasonal employees, shall be provided a copy of Chapter 104 as part of the Village's orientation process.
