The Animal Warden shall enforce the provisions of this chapter and the laws of Cuyahoga County and the State of Ohio relative to licensing, impounding, boarding and disposition of animals within the corporate limits of the Village of Highland Hills. However, no police officer or other officer of the Village charged with the responsibility of the enforcing the Ordinances of this Village and the laws of the State of Ohio shall be relieved of such responsibilities.
