141.01 ESTABLISHMENT; LAW DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT.

There is hereby created in the Village of Highland Hills, a Department of Law. The head of the Department of Law shall be the Law Director, who shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to approval by Council. The Law Director may be hired as an employee.
