140.04 REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING.
   Four years of business and/or government experience with thorough knowledge of county, state, and federal economic development programs and requirements; ability to prepare grant proposals for assistance programs or has received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Public Administration from a college or university of recognized standing; or has received an associate degree with two years’ business experience and training; or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
