137.01 ASSISTANT TO THE MAYOR; PERSONNEL IN THE MAYOR'S OFFICE.
   There is hereby created in the office of the Mayor the following employment positions:
      Chief of Staff
      Executive Administrator
      Assistant to the Mayor (FT)
      Administrator on Loan (PT)
      Administrative Clerk (FT/PT)
      Media Consultant (PT)
   Each of the above positions shall be appointed by the Mayor as an assistant to the Mayor, and said appointment shall be subject to approval by Council as set forth in the Village Charter. The salary, hourly wage or compensation for each of these positions shall be determined by the Human Resource System Committee subject to approval by Council by ordinance. The minimum qualifications, duties and job descriptions for each position shall be established by the Human Resource System Committee subject to approval by Council.
