154.11 AUTHORITY TO AUTHORIZE RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD, ACH DEPOSIT OR SIMILAR

The Finance Director is authorized to permit any department to collect any fees or charges via credit card or ACH payment or the equivalent. The Finance Director shall establish reasonable and necessary rules and/or regulations for this procedure.
