131.09 PROCEDURE FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND LEVYING ASSESSMENTS.

Council has determined that the procedure to be followed by the Village of Highland Hills for instituting public improvements and levying assessments are those procedures set forth in the Ohio Revised Code.
