(a) The Village Engineer or his or her representative shall inspect the site of proposed construction under this chapter prior to commencement thereof, including, but not limited to, removal of an existing structure. The issuance of a building permit shall be contingent on such inspection. The Village Engineer shall also inspect all forms prior to the pouring of any concrete structure.
(b) The CBO or his or her representative shal1 inspect and supervise the actual pouring of any structure regulated in this chapter.
(c) Each inspection required herein shall require a minimum of twenty-four hours notice to the appropriate Village department.
(d) Fees shall be as established by Council.
