131.07 PUBLIC NOTICE OF COUNCIL MEETINGS AND ENACTMENT OF LEGISLATION.
   (a)   The Clerk shall post a statement of the times and places of regular meetings of each municipal body for each calendar year not later than five (5) days after the first regularly scheduled meeting of the calendar year of such municipal body. The Clerk shall check at reasonable intervals to ensure that such statement remains so posted and accurate during such calendar year. If at any time during the calendar year, the time or place of regular meetings is changed on a permanent or temporary basis, a statement of the time and place for such changed regular meetings shall be so posted by the Clerk at least twenty-four (24) hours before the time of the first changed regular meeting.
   In the case of a special meeting of Council, the Clerk shall, no later than twelve (12) hours before the time of a special meeting of such municipal body, post a statement of the time, place and purposes of such special meeting. The statement under this section shall state such specific or general purpose or purposes then known to the Clerk, intended to be considered at such special meeting, and may state as an additional general purpose that any other business as may properly come before Council at such meeting may be considered and acted upon.
   (b)   In lieu of publication of all Ordinances or Resolutions, except where specifically provided for or required by law, all Ordinances or Resolutions duly adopted by Council of the Village of Highland Hills shall be posted in the five (5) most public places of the Village of Highland Hills. The following places are hereby fixed as the places for posting and publication of all Ordinances, Resolutions, Notices and any other matter required or permitted by law pursuant to this Charter or the Ohio Revised Code to be so published:
      (1)   The Village of Highland Hills Administrative Municipal Offices located at the Highland Hills Government Office Complex, 3700 Northfield Road;
      (2)   The Village of Highland Hills Police Department, 3700 Northfield Road;
      (3)    The Village of Highland Hills Fire Department, 4019 Northfield Road;
      (4)   The Village of Highland Hills Shaker House (Main Entrance), 3700 Northfield Road;
      (5)   Highland Hills Village website;
      (6)    Warrensville Branch of the Cuyahoga County Library.
