1335.19 MAINTENANCE OF FOUNDATIONS.

All foundation walls shall be maintained plumb and free from open cracks and breaks and shall be kept in such condition as to prevent the entry of moisture or rats within the space enclosed within such foundations. (Ord. 2010-20. Passed 4-14-10.)
