The CBO is hereby authorized and directed to collect and remit on behalf of the Board of Building Standards, an assessment equal to the fee as provided in Chapter 105 of the prescribed building permit fees as required by Senate Bill 359 and Ohio Administrative Code Section 4101:2-1-50, with the fee as provided in Chapter 105 assessment for processing and handling.
