There shall be a fee as provided in Chapter 105 charged to the applicant for all point of sale inspections requested by or on behalf of the property owner as required by Section 1319.01 et seq. There shall be no charge for any reinspection requested by the same owner within one year of the issuance of the certificate of inspection as set forth in Section 1319.01 et seq.
