(a) An inspection application for certificate of inspection shall be accompanied by a non- refundable fee as provided in Chapter 105 for each dwelling unit covered by the application.
(b) An additional fee as provided in Chapter 105 shall be paid for inspections of the premises upon the third inspection by the CBO or his assistant and for each inspection required thereafter to verify that violations of the Housing Code have been properly corrected.
