1309.15 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
   Upon violation of any of the above regulations, in addition to the penalties otherwise set forth in the Building Code, it shall be the duty of the CBO or his designee to notify the owner or his agent, in writing, or by posting on the premises a notice of such violation, stating that all work for which the building permit was issued must be suspended on the premises until the requirements of this chapter have been fulfilled. After such notice has been given, no person shall do any construction work on such premises until the violations for which the notice was issued have been corrected. The Director of Public Works, without notice, shall correct any condition endangering public safety and charge the expense thereof against the construction deposit provided for in Section 1313.06(d).
