When the permit is issued, the CBO shall endorse in writing or stamp on all sets of plans and specifications "Approved", with the date and signature. Such approved plans and specifications shall not be changed, modified or altered in any manner regulated by this Building Code without authorization from the CBO. All work shall be done in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. One set of approved plans and specifications shall be retained by the CBO; one approved set shall be kept at the site of work at all times while the work is in progress and shall be open to inspection at all reasonable times by the CBO or his authorized representative.
