There is hereby established in the Village, an Architectural Review Board which shall consist of three (3) regular members and one alternate member appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority vote of the members of Council, for the following terms:
(a) One for a term expiring December 31, 1992;
(b) One for a term expiring December 31, 1993;
(c) One for a term expiring December 31, 1994;
(d) One alternative member for a term expiring December 31, 1994.
All subsequent appointments to such Board shall be for terms of three years each.
