Whoever violates any provision of this Part Thirteen - Building Code, for which no other penalty is provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Such person shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of any of the provisions of this Building Code is committed, continued or permitted, beginning on the fifth day following posting of the notice referred to in Sections 1306.23 and 1306.24. Penalties shall be as provided in Section 303.99.
