No person shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this Building Code and any or all Chapters included therein, or with any rule or regulation promulgated under the authority of this Building Code or any chapter therein, or fail to comply with any written notice or written order issued under authority of this Building Code and/or this chapter, or interfere with, obstruct or hinder the CBO while he/she is attempting to make an inspection authorized under this Building Code and/or this chapter, except as provided in Section 1306.22.
