1125.06 YARD AND SETBACK REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Buildings and land shall abut a dedicated street.
(b) Minimum front yard*:	To building	75 feet
	To parking/drives	30 feet
(c) Minimum side yard:	To building	50 feet
		30 feet abutting res.
	To parking/drives	20 feet
		30 feet abutting res.
(d) Minimum rear yard:	To building	50 feet
		75 feet abutting res.

* Measured from the right-of-way line.
