The following regulations shall be observed with respect to lots and to principal and accessory buildings:
(a) Lot Size | 2 acres minimum. |
(b) Street Frontage | 100 feet minimum. |
(c) Building Coverage | 20% maximum. |
(d) Maximum Impervious Surface | 80% of gross lot area. |

(f) Minimum Side Yard | |
To Buildings | 20 feet (50 feet if abutting residential) |

(h) Height | 65 feet maximum, except as permitted in Section 1139.03. |
(i) Distance Between Buildings | The distance at the closest point between any two (2) principal buildings on the same lot shall be at least as great as one-half the average height of the two (2) adjacent buildings and not less than twenty (20) feet. |
