109.08 LEASE EXECUTION; FORM APPROVAL BY LAW DIRECTOR.

The Mayor and Council President shall execute and deliver leases or other necessary instruments to complete the leasing of real property under the provisions of this chapter and any such leases or instruments shall be in the form approved by the Law Director.
