109.01 DETERMINATION BY ORDINANCE FOR SALE.
   After Council has determined by ordinance that described real property having a value in excess of one thousand dollars, ($1,000) is not needed for public use or has been condemned as useless, then the Mayor shall proceed with the sale of such real property in accordance with the procedure established by this chapter. If Council finds such real estate to have a value of one thousand dollars, ($1,000) or less, it shall determine the value thereof, for which the Mayor may sell such real estate at private sale at not less than the amount so determined.
