921.06 INSPECTIONS BY VILLAGE ENGINEER.

If an excavation or opening is made for the purpose of installing any construction in a street, public highway or public place, the work shall be subject to the inspection of the Village Engineer, and no construction shall be covered until the Village Engineer has ascertained that such work conforms to the plans submitted. (Ord. 2002-26. Passed 12-11-02.)
