913.01 TREES REQUIRED.

It is hereby determined that a tree shall be required on the tree lawn of every residential lot within the Village upon which a new residential dwelling is to be constructed. The type and species of the tree to be planted shall be determined by the Service Director. The tree shall be purchased and installed by the Village.
